✅ 1. Full Service Scope & Legal Framework

The agreement outlines the exact scope of services to be provided by the vendor, as well as the roles and responsibilities of both parties. ✅ 2. Physical Vehicle Assessment Clause

Before registration, every vehicle must undergo a physical inspection carried out by Delhi Chauffeurs. This ensures that only roadworthy, well-maintained and legally compliant vehicles are added to the platform. This protects the reputation of both parties and guarantees top-class experience for customers.

✅ 3. Service Standards & Compliance Requirements

The agreement specifies the minimum service standards to be maintained by the vendor, including driver conduct, vehicle cleanliness, uniform requirements, response time, booking acceptance and more. It also requires compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines (RTO, motor vehicle laws, pollution norms, etc.).
