“Delhi Chauffeurs Services Pvt. Ltd. facilitates chauffeur-driven transportation services by coordinating with third-party vehicle owners/operators. Liability for vehicle operation, maintenance, insurance, and driver conduct rests with the respective vehicle owners/operators. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages unless explicitly agreed in writing.”

TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Applicable to all services provided by Delhi Chauffeurs Services Private Limited)
1. Departure & Arrival Timing
Vehicles (Car / Tempo Traveller / Bus) shall be provided strictly as per the agreed departure and arrival schedule. Any delay beyond the scheduled timings shall attract additional charges at the rate of Rs. [Insert Amount] per hour. A delay exceeding one hour from the client’s side shall be entirely at the client’s risk and responsibility. The company reserves the absolute right to withdraw the vehicle service without notice in case of excessive or unexplained delay, and the full invoice amount shall remain payable by the hirer without dispute.
2. Advance Payment Policy
All bookings must be paid 100% in advance, a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled journey. In the absence of timely payment, Delhi Chauffeurs Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be obligated to provide the vehicle and reserves the right to cancel the booking without any liability.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations under any circumstances (including force majeure, client-side emergency, or change in plan) will not result in any refund. Postponement or rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be treated as a fresh booking.
4. Mileage and Extra Usage
In the event the actual distance covered exceeds the originally agreed mileage, the hirer shall be liable to pay the applicable extra kilometer charges as per the company’s rate card. The total payable amount will be recalculated accordingly and must be settled immediately.
5. Route Restrictions
The vehicle shall operate only on the pre-approved and motorable routes. Operation on non-paved (kaccha) roads, congested streets, or restricted access areas is strictly prohibited. Any deviation from the approved route, either voluntarily or due to road blockage, shall incur extra mileage and will be billed additionally. The company and driver retain the right to decline such deviations.
6. Purpose and Compliance
The vehicle shall be used solely for the purpose declared at the time of booking. In the event of misuse or any deviation in purpose, Delhi Chauffeurs Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any enforcement action, penalty, or legal proceedings initiated by regulatory authorities. All such liabilities shall solely rest upon the hirer.
7. Permits & Government Authorizations
Vehicle deployment is subject to the issuance of valid permits from the State Transport Authority, Delhi, and compliance with applicable rules. If the trip involves restricted or government-notified routes, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) or additional permits must be obtained by the client. Delhi Chauffeurs Services Pvt. Ltd. bears no responsibility for permit-related denials or delays.
8. Breakdowns & Replacements
In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, the company will make reasonable efforts to arrange a substitute vehicle. However, no guarantee is offered for replacement. Delhi Chauffeurs Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses, or inconveniences caused due to mechanical failure or unavailability of alternate transport.
9. Accidents, Damages & Legal Liabilities
The company shall not be liable for any accidental injury, death, loss of property, or third-party claim arising from the use of the vehicle during the trip. All liabilities and legal consequences resulting from the client’s behavior, unauthorized route changes, or breach of local laws shall be exclusively borne by the hirer. Passengers are not covered under any accidental or life insurance by the company.
10. Usage Restrictions
- The vehicle must not be overloaded beyond its registered seating capacity.
- If statutory taxes or tolls are increased during the journey, the additional cost shall be billed to the client.
- Drivers and company representatives accompanying the vehicle are authorized to take any on-the-spot decisions required in the interest of safety, legality, or vehicle protection.
- A company representative may accompany the vehicle during the trip if deemed necessary.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or complaints arising out of or in connection with the service shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. No other court shall have authority or jurisdiction in this matter.
