At DELHI CHAUFFEURS SERVICES PVT LTD , we aim to make the process of hiring experienced and verified drivers across Delhi-NCR and nearby routes simple, transparent, and reliable. The following policy explains each stage of our driver hiring service, along with client obligations, consulting fees, and replacement terms.

1. Inquiry and Shortlisting

When a client reaches out with their driver requirement — whether for monthly, daily, or hourly service — our support team logs the details and preferred criteria.

According to the given preferences, we shortlist qualified drivers and arrange a trial or interview within three working days.

While interviews are completely free of cost, the trial period is billable as per standard daily wage rates.

2. Selection and Onboarding

Once the trial or interview concludes and the client is satisfied, a driver can be confirmed for employment.

The date of joining is mutually agreed upon between both parties.

After the driver completes a seven-day observation period and continues regularly, the following documents are shared for verification:

  • Copy of driver ID and license
  • Background check report
  • Police Verification Certificate (PCC) or equivalent safety proof

3. Consultancy Fee

The first seven days after driver deployment function as a review or probation period.

If the client decides to retain the driver beyond this period, it is considered a successful hire.

Fee Structure

Private Driver Hiring ( 6 MONTH REPLACEMENT GURANTEE )

* ₹1,000 Upfront Recruitment Fee

* ₹4,000 Final Placement Fee

(Payable after 7 successful working days)


Commercial Driver Hiring ( 6 MONTH REPLACEMENT GURANTEE )

* ₹2,000 Upfront Recruitment Fee

* ₹6,000 Final Placement Fee

(Payable after 7 successful working days)

4. Service Agreement & Replacement Guarantee

After fee payment, a Mutual Driver Replacement Agreement is issued and remains valid for six months from the joining date.

During this period, clients are eligible for up to three complimentary driver replacements.

Any further change requests after the third replacement are processed with a fresh consultancy fee.
 
Before initiating a replacement process, the client must provide the relieving letter of the previous driver at least 15 days prior to the replacement request.

This letter must be emailed to support@delhichauffeurs.com.

5. Repeated Rejection Clause

If a client consistently refuses or dismisses shortlisted or joined drivers without reasonable justification, the agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

In such cases, no refund or free replacement will be provided.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Once a driver formally joins duty, Hire Monthly Driver is not liable for:

  • Accidents, property damage, or financial losses involving the driver
  • Any incident of theft or professional misconduct

However, our team will fully cooperate with the client in supplying documents or coordinating with authorities in case of an internal or police investigation.

7. Important Service Notes

  • Clients must manage the driver’s daily attendance, performance, and behavior post joining.
  • In case of misconduct, safety violation, or emergency, clients should report the matter in writing within 24 hours to support@delhichauffeurs.com.
  • All official communication, payments, and feedback must go through our authorized channels only.
