Valet Parking Duty – Usage Policy & Terms
1. Service Availability
- Valet parking services are provided only upon confirmed booking.
- Standard duty hours: Up to 8 hours (Day shift between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
- Any duty beyond the defined period will be billed as overtime, subject to driver availability.
2. Pricing Structure
- Package (Four Drivers + One Supervisor): ₹5,500 per day (up to 8 hours).
- Overtime will be charged at ₹200 per driver, per hour and ₹300 per supervisor, per hour.
- Festive days, peak season, and last-minute requests may attract premium charges.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- Minimum booking: 1 full package (4 drivers + 1 supervisor).
- Bookings must be confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp with company acknowledgment).
- Last-minute bookings (less than 6 hours before duty) may incur an urgency surcharge.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Client must provide a safe and legal parking space for valet operations.
- Adequate lighting, security, and signage must be ensured by the client.
- Client shall be responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from local authorities, event venues, or property owners.
5. Vehicle Handover & Liability
- Valet staff will park and return vehicles only upon proper token exchange.

- Loss or damage caused by pre-existing vehicle defects.
- Theft or loss of valuables left inside the vehicle.
- Any incidents due to illegal vehicle modifications, expired insurance, or invalid documents.
- In case of accidents, liability shall be limited strictly to the insurance coverage of the vehicle.
6. Driver Conduct & Standards
- All valet drivers are background verified, trained, and uniformed.
- Drivers shall maintain professional behavior and comply with all traffic and parking laws.

Strictly prohibited:
- Use of vehicles for personal purposes.
- Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Engaging in unauthorized activities beyond valet operations.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled reporting: 50% charge of total booking.
- Cancellation within 6 hours of duty start time: 100% charge of total booking.
- Force majeure (unforeseen emergencies, strikes, natural calamities) may allow for partial adjustment subject to management approval.
8. Supervision & Accountability
- A dedicated supervisor will oversee valet staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Any disputes or complaints must be reported immediately to the supervisor on duty or to the DelhiChauffeurs.com helpline.
9. Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Toll, parking lot charges, and any venue-specific fees are to be borne by the client directly.
- Invoices will be issued by DelhiChauffeurs.com, and GST (if applicable) will be extra.
10. Liability Disclaimer
DelhiChauffeurs.com shall not be held liable for service disruption or damages arising from:
- Traffic congestion, government restrictions, or strikes.
- Weather-related issues (floods, heavy rain, storms).
- Vehicle breakdowns or accidents beyond staff negligence.
