Directly hiring a driver or cab outside the company’s system is unlawful, violates company policy, and may put customer safety at risk because such bookings bypass verification, tracking, and accountability protocols.

Once your booking details are received, we assign a fully verified driver or reserve a cab within 60 minutes, subject to availability, and share the driver’s contact information along with the reporting time immediately.

Yes. Each driver passes a strict verification process, including:

• ID and address proof

• Valid driving licence

• Past employment and reference checks

• Police verification / criminal record check

• Medical fitness certificate

• Emergency contact details

• Bank details and passport-size photo

This ensures only trusted and qualified drivers are assigned to you.

For driver bookings, no advance is required. Customers are advised to inform at least 2 hours prior for local duties and 24 hours prior for outstation duties. Immediate bookings may attract additional and driver convenience charges. Driver details are shared once the booking is confirmed, subject to availability.

For minibus and cab bookings, a 10% advance or minimum INR 4,000 is required. Please inform 4 hours prior for local trips and 24 hours prior for outstation trips, subject to availability.

Clients should not pay drivers directly unless written confirmation is issued from our official numbers.

Drivers are also not authorised to request payments directly.
