📜 Terms & Conditions – Outstation Driver Duty
These Terms & Conditions govern the hiring of drivers for outstation duty through DELHI CHAUFFEURS SERVICES PVT LTD. By booking our services, the client agrees to abide by the following policies:
1. Service Scope
- Drivers are provided only for driving services; the vehicle must be owned or arranged by the client.
- Drivers are trained to operate manual, automatic, and luxury vehicles on highways and city routes.
- Service is limited to Delhi-NCR as origin and outstation locations as specified at the time of booking.
2. Pricing & Charges
- Driver Charges: ₹1,500 per day (calculated date-to-date)
- Food & Accommodation: To be provided by the client; otherwise, ₹500/day allowance will be charged
- Pick & Drop Location: Must remain the same; changes may attract convenience charges
- Duty Hours: Up to 12 hours/day; beyond this, overtime charges apply
- Night Stay: Client must arrange hotel/guest house; sleeping inside the car is not acceptable
- Toll, Parking & Interstate Taxes: To be borne by the client
- Minimum Kilometer Run: 250 km/day will be considered (as per car owner’s terms, if applicable)
- Advance Payment: Minimum 1-day charges to be paid in advance to confirm booking
3. Duty & Driving Guidelines
- Daily Driving Limit: Maximum 250–300 km OR 8–10 driving hours/day for safety
- Breaks: Driver must be given a 20–30 min break after every 3–4 hours of driving, plus meal breaks (45–60 min)
- Day Driving: Preferred for long-distance journeys
- Night Driving: Avoided beyond 10:00 PM unless necessary; night charges + next-day rest required
- Midnight Driving (12 AM – 6 AM): Strongly discouraged; allowed only in emergencies with mandatory rest afterwards

Road Conditions:
- Highways/Proper Roads → Standard charges apply
- Off-road/Kachha/Hilly roads → Extra allowance of ₹300–₹500/day due to higher risk & fatigue
4. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicle is in good condition, with valid insurance, permits, and documents.
- Provide safe accommodation, meals, and rest facilities for the driver during multi-day trips.
- Bear all expenses related to fuel, tolls, parking, interstate/state taxes, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure driver’s safety, respectful treatment, and proper working conditions throughout duty.
5. Company Responsibilities
- Provide background-verified, professional, and experienced chauffeurs.
- Arrange replacement driver in case of emergencies (subject to availability).
- Offer 24x7 customer support for duty-related assistance.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation before 12 hours of reporting: No charge.
- Cancellation within 12 hours: Minimum 1-day charges apply.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours): Full-day charges apply.
- Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future bookings at company’s discretion.
7. Liability Policy

The company is not responsible for:
- Accidents, damages, or penalties due to vehicle condition, since the car belongs to the client.
- Any loss of valuables left inside the vehicle.
- Delays caused by traffic, breakdowns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Client must ensure that the driver is not forced to drive under unsafe, overloaded, or unlawful conditions.
8. Prohibited Conduct

Driver cannot be asked to:
- Transport illegal goods, contraband, or hazardous materials.
- Perform duties beyond driving (e.g., labor, personal errands).
- Drive without proper rest or under unsafe road/vehicle conditions.
