Daily Wages Driver – Hiring Terms & Conditions
1. Service Availability
- Driver services are available daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM (next day).
2. Minimum Booking Duration
- Minimum booking duration is 8 hours per assignment.
- Shorter durations will still be billed as 8 hours.
3. Daily Wages – Local Areas (Delhi-NCR)
- Standard Duty (8 Hours): ₹1,000
- Overtime Charges: ₹100/hour beyond 8 hours
- Night Charges: ₹200 (if duty goes beyond 10:00 PM)

Midnight Hiring (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM):
₹200 night charge + applicable convenience charges based on location & urgency
4. Pick & Drop Policy
- Driver’s reporting and release location must be the same.
- Change in drop-off location will attract a return convenience charge, based on actual distance and time.
5. Last-Minute Booking Charges
- Bookings made less than 1 hour before reporting time may incur an urgency surcharge, subject to driver availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 1 hour of scheduled reporting: ₹500 fee
- Midnight or peak-hour cancellations: Additional actual cost may be chargeable
7. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility
- Client must provide a roadworthy vehicle with valid insurance, registration & documents.
- DelhiChauffeurs.com is not liable for mechanical, legal, or documentation issues.
8. Driver Conduct & Restrictions
- Drivers follow professional conduct, traffic rules, and prioritize safety.

Strictly Prohibited:
- Alcohol delivery or personal errands
- Illegal or reckless driving
- Handling of cash/valuables without written consent
9. Liability Disclaimer
DelhiChauffeurs.com is not liable for loss or delay due to:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather disruptions
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Unforeseen circumstances
10. Payment Terms
- Payment to be made immediately after duty completion, unless pre-agreed in writing.
- Toll, parking, and other expenses to be paid directly or reimbursed at actuals.

Rates and policies may change during festive seasons, emergency bookings, or peak-demand periods.

Clients are advised not to engage drivers directly outside company authorization.
Any direct engagement post-service may lead to service discontinuation or legal action.

2. Waiting Time Policy
✅ Waiting time beyond 15 minutes from scheduled reporting will be considered chargeable duty time.

✅ Clients may be required to sign a physical or digital duty slip confirming reporting and release time.

4. Zero Tolerance for Driver Misconduct
✅ Any misconduct, intoxication, or unprofessional behavior will lead to driver replacement and disciplinary action.

5. Force Majeure Clause
✅ DelhiChauffeurs.com is not liable for service delays due to strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar uncontrollable events.
