Daily Wages Driver –
Hiring Terms & Conditions
1. Service Availability
Driver services are available 24x7 (6:00 AM to 6:00 AM next day), subject to booking confirmation.
2. Minimum Booking Duration
- Minimum booking duration is 8 hours per assignment.
- Shorter duties will still be billed as 8 hours.
3. Daily Wages – Local (Delhi-NCR)
- Standard Duty (8 Hours): ₹1,000
- Overtime: ₹100/hour beyond 8 hours
- Night Charges: ₹200 (if duty extends beyond 10:00 PM)
- Midnight Hiring (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM): ₹200 night charge + convenience charges (based on location & urgency)
4. Pick & Drop Policy
- Driver’s reporting and release location must be the same.
- Change in release/drop-off location will attract a return convenience charge, calculated as per distance and time.
5. Last-Minute Booking
- Bookings made less than 1 hour before reporting time may attract an urgency surcharge, subject to driver availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 1 hour of reporting time: ₹500 fee
- Midnight or peak-hour cancellations: Additional actual cost may apply
7. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility
- Client must provide a roadworthy vehicle with valid insurance, registration & documents.
- DelhiChauffeurs.com is not liable for mechanical failures, legal/documentation issues, or non-compliance of vehicle requirements.
8. Driver Conduct & Restrictions
All drivers follow professional conduct, traffic rules, and safety-first practices.
Strictly prohibited:
- Alcohol delivery or personal errands
- Illegal, rash, or reckless driving
- Handling of cash/valuables without written consent
9. Liability Disclaimer
DelhiChauffeurs.com is not liable for delays, damages, or losses due to:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather disruptions
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances
10. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately after duty completion, unless otherwise pre-agreed in writing.
- Toll, parking, and other expenses to be paid directly or reimbursed at actuals.
⚠️ Note: Rates and policies may vary during festive seasons, emergency bookings, or peak-demand periods. Always reconfirm before final booking.
Policy Enhancements – Service Excellence & Protection
11. Driver Identity & Verification
✅ All drivers are background-verified, trained, and deployed by DelhiChauffeurs.com.
✅ Clients must not engage drivers directly outside company authorization.
⚠️ Unauthorized engagement may result in service discontinuation or legal action.
12. Waiting Time Policy
✅ 15 minutes grace period from scheduled reporting time.
✅ Beyond this, waiting will be considered as chargeable duty time.
13. Duty Slip & Time Acknowledgment
✅ Clients may be required to sign a physical or digital duty slip confirming duty start & end time.
✅ Helps avoid disputes related to billing, hours, or complaints.
14. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
✅ Any misconduct, intoxication, or unprofessional behavior by a driver will lead to:
- Immediate replacement
- Disciplinary action by DelhiChauffeurs.com
15. Force Majeure Clause
✅ DelhiChauffeurs.com will not be liable for service disruption due to:
- Strikes or protests
- Natural disasters

16. Client Responsibilities
✔️ Provide accurate booking details (time, location, duty type)
✔️ Ensure a safe, respectful work environment for the driver
✔️ Avoid requests beyond legal or service scope
✔️ Report service issues immediately to our helpline for resolution
