It has come to our notice that certain drivers across Delhi-NCR may contact clients directly, using the name or reference of DCS Pvt. Ltd., with the intention of taking vehicle duties independently. Such contact is unauthorised, non-compliant, and poses significant safety and operational risks.

For your security and to maintain full compliance, clients are strictly advised to cross-verify every driver assignment with DCS Pvt. Ltd. before allowing any duty to commence.

Before engaging any driver, please ensure:

  1. Driver’s Full Name – Officially shared by DCS Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Driver’s Contact Number – Provided by DCS Pvt. Ltd. immediately prior to duty.
  3. Driver’s Valid Driving Licence – Issued to you by DCS Pvt. Ltd. along with the duty confirmation.

We also strongly advise clients not to hire any previously assigned driver directly, without the knowledge and approval of DCS Pvt. Ltd. Such actions compromise compliance, safety monitoring, and operational accountability.

Any driver who contacts you directly, without an official assignment from DCS Pvt. Ltd., must be strictly avoided.
